It’s unlikely that any of the Fiskens team would have predicted Dizzee Rascal riding shotgun in an Alfa Romeo 8C, but that’s the magic of a Supercar Driver event for you.
Even for one of its smaller events, SCD’s Season Opener at Donington was not short of quality and it was great to see so many phenomenal cars driven to the event. Fiskens were out in force with Gregor, Christoff, Dan and Oliver representing a truly diverse selection of cars. On track, Gregor and Christoff were able to utilise the motorsport sessions to test the ‘Tartan Terror’ – Gregor’s 2011 997 GT3-R ahead some potential racing this year. While, on the dealer display, Dan and Oliver, presented a 1931 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300, 1964 Porsche 904 and 2019 Bugatti Chiron Sport 110 Ans.
A demonstration session allowed for all the cars to be exercised, with Christoff proving to Dizzee Rascal that old cars don’t have to be slow.
